Dr. Zhivago, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, and, uh, this
Ai Weiwei, a prominent Chinese artist with a history of pissing off the Chinese government, has been disappeared. The Australian thinks some of Weiwei's dissident art may have something to do with it. To the storied history of dissent, stretching from Anna Akhmatova to Aung San Suu Kyi we now can add this masterpiece:
The original title is, roughly translated, "Go fuck your mother, Party Central Committee."

I would think they'd want to promote this guy, not disappear him. Look how open we are: assclownery is encouraged here!
