Super-immigrants!

Five hundred and thirteen potential super-immigrants were inexplicably prevented from entering the country today. These intrepid souls had each invested $7,000 in the hopes of making a big return on their investment. What do you call someone who invests in capital in hopes of profiting? Oh, right, an entrepreneur. These folks were entrepreneurs to a man, investing in their own human capital and betting on their potential productivity here in America. Why, exactly, are we keeping them out?
