Someone at Reason.tv is out to yank my chain: Why Highways Beat High Speed Rail. I can't watch it at work but I am assuming given Reason's ideological stance that tax-funded crowding out doesn't enter the list of reasons. I'll watch the video and have a full scale apoplectic fit after work.
