Don't Know Much About... Anything, Actually.

Fact Is, Students Have Never Known History

Not really surprising. Me, personally, I could give a damn about advanced math. Most people are interested in learning about what they're interested in, or what they have to, and most people aren't interested in history. That's just the way it is and always has been.

I am interested in history. I still have at least 3 other reading projects, but I am very slowly making my way through A Renegade History of the United States, and learning from it. If my job ever becomes so taxing (and boring) that I can't learn, I'll quit and go hang out in the public library with all the bums who are just there for the air conditioning, and let my wife support my family (hi honey!). Intellectual curiosity is both a gift and a curse.

I'm thinking you can get a JOB at the public library. Or Barnes and Noble. Or learn to cook. I think getting a job at the library might be safer.
